What a FANTASTIC day at the Bolsover Gala! Thousands of local residents and visitors attended on Sunday 28th June to enjoy a display of stalls, games, exhibitions for all ages! The band were exceptional too.
Lots of people treated themselves to a tasty crêpe from our famous Bolsover Rotary Crêpes trailer, manned by a team led by Rtn. Chris Toyne.
We were proud to have held our 50/50 Raffle where each ticket is £1. If we get to £1000 in takings we give one lucky ticket owner £500! The other 50% goes to the gala team towards next years event!
Talking to our Rotary Team today, we loved every minute promoting our raffle and talking to lots of lovely people. The Dakota DC3 triple fly-by was a particular highlight. Thanks to everyone for supporting this event.
