On Thursday evening, 21st December 2017, Santa made a surprise visit to West Lea, Clowne. The Mums and Dads, Girls and Boys welcomed him, and he had gifts for every child organised by local people.
Cllr Ross Walker said “The Rotary Club of Bolsover have made a spectacular contribution to a wonderful evening and contributed to a great community spirit within the area”.
Santa was last seen heading towards Bolsover where he is due in the Market Place at 9.00 am on Saturday 23rd of December
